2. Service Description
Free DNS Project provides public DNS hosting via our name servers:

Users can register their domains to be hosted on our DNS servers free of charge. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. While we aim for high reliability, outages may occur.
3. Eligibility
You must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Own or have permission to control the domains you register.

Agree not to use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Free DNS Project to:

Host or resolve domains used for spam, phishing, malware, or illegal activities.

Host adult content or hate material.

Launch attacks (e.g., DDoS, spoofing, amplification).

Interfere with the operation of the service or other users.
Violations may result in suspension or deletion of your domain without notice.
5. Service Limitations

DNS propagation and availability depend on external factors beyond our control.
6. Donations
Donations through PayPal support server costs and maintenance.
They are voluntary, non-contractual, and do not create any paid service relationship.
We do not offer refunds for donations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Free DNS Project, its volunteers, or operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of such possibility.

We may suspend or terminate your account and DNS zones at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or technical reasons.
